I have not completed my graduation and I hold only 2nd PUC. However, Shine.com promised me that they would work on my resume to highlight my experience (since I have 15+ years of experience) rather than my education. They also assured me that I would get jobs after purchasing the premium user login from Shine.com.
So, I purchased the following services from Shine.com on May 27, 2026:
Later, someone called and told me that I needed to buy another service, "Jobs on the Move," for Rs. 4000. They said that without it, I would not get any jobs. I informed Mr. Pankaj from the Shine team, and he said he would check with the team about who called and why they said this.
After this, several people from Shine started calling me again, asking if I was looking for a job change (starting from scratch). When I asked them why I had not received any job offers or responses from recruiters and requested a refund, they told me the money was non-refundable.
I even sent emails to the following addresses but received no response:

Shine.com services are not up to the mark. I feel the entire process is fake and only focused on taking money. I believe I was scammed by Shine.com, and any help will be appreciated.
