I am writing to raise an urgent concern regarding the refund for my cancelled LG AC order.
11th August: Ordered an LG AC, with delivery committed for 21st August.
21st August: Order was not delivered and the delivery date was rescheduled to 23rd August.
23rd August: The order was cancelled by Flipkart without any prior information or my consent.
25th August: Raised a complaint with Flipkart Support regarding the pending refund — Incident No. IN26082316351826859444.
6th September: The refund is still not credited to my original payment account, despite the applicable refund timeline already having expired.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any clear update or resolution. I am only being informed that a query has been raised, without any specific timeline for the refund.
I request you to look into this and help me in getting my hard earned money back (refund immediately)
