I, Ummehani Ansari, paid ₹2800 to Bright Edu Mentors (via Google Pay to 8860898336, email: krbpssschool@gmail.com) for an online tutoring job registration.

The company had already sent some jobs that were alluring but after payment, they stopped responding and are untraceable.

I've also registered the complaint with cybersecurity

I request the Consumer Court to:

1. Order the company to refund the ₹2800.


2. Take strict action to prevent such fraudulent practices in the future.

I also got scammed by these folks the company is run by Kanchan and Rimjhim dubey. She was very soft spoken initially to sell the prepstart plan, but after I bought it she started ignoring my messages and even become rude when I tried to call her.
