As per their policy, it was 3 day free trial at Rs.1, in which i can cancel subscription any time, then why my amount Rs.399 has been deducted in just 2 days,

It’s just a scam & fraud, without any information or notifications how they can do this with a customer,
I need my money back any how, it is a joke, when it’s 3 days then how they can change the policy & make it 2 days without knowing my perception whether i am interested in that or not,
Are these guys doing a scam with all customers,
I have activated the Rs.1 subscription for three days on April 26, 2026 at around 3pm, today on April 28, 2026 at amount 10-10:30pm i have cancelled But still 399 amount has been deducted from my account & now StoryTV app is saying that it was 2 days when you have not cancelled, how they can do this without sending any information message or mails to me, without my information they have charged to me on 2nd day or 3rd day of subscription, need solution of this as soon as possible, storyTV needs to answer this, as I checked today on play store about app i saw may negative reviews about this app for payment related that is very pathetic, this app need to answer all the questions & refund the money anyhow, also customer care number is invalid & whenever i am sending mail for complaint then also they are sending resolved mail without my concerns.
