i order 2 tshirts from culture circle and both item have diffrent order id but i got got delivered only one item upon contacting to company regarding this they sayed you both item have been delivered which is not true .they scammed me because both item shoukd have diffrent coriour ids where as they have same this is the scam and they even took money in advance from me their application also says that my item is not delivered yet but customer support says they have delivered the product whereas i havent got it .the mistake is they scamm their customers by giving same tracking id for 2 items and deliveres only one item this is how they scammed me i have proof that they have scammed me
so the weight of 2 items should be arounf 700grams but i got one item which is 350 grams but upon asking to coriour services they verified that they got parcel with weight of 350 grams only so where did the item go i reached to culture circle since last 10 days they are not replying and unable to solve my problem and they are not giving my money back please help
