Hi Sir/Madam,

I booked for Livpure RO on 10th October 2025
I paid the refundable amount 1928/-
They promised to deliver it on 11th October 2025(within 24hours) and they did not.
So, I cancelled the subscription on 12th October 2025.
They said I would receive a cancellation call, which they never did.
Since then, I have called them everyday to follow up regarding my refund as they promise that it'll happen in 48hours.
Today is 21st October 2025, and I still have not received the payment. And they keep on telling me that they have mailed, but they don't call me regarding cancellation or refund me my money.
