I am writing this to warn every cold storage owner, farmer, and investor in India: Do not do business with Nandikoti Private Limited (Junagadh/Gujarat) or its Director, Mr. Nilesh Ghusar.

What started as a professional contract for a cold storage facility turned into a nightmare of financial scams, technical incompetence, and absolute irresponsibility.

The Scam Tactics Used by Nilesh Ghusar:

  1. Technical Fraud & Fake Expertise: Nilesh Ghusar presents himself as a technical expert, but the reality is shocking. They installed substandard refrigeration units that failed within weeks. When technical issues arose, their "engineers" had no clue how to fix them, leading to massive stock spoilage and financial loss.
  2. The "Bait and Switch" Money Trap: They provide a competitive "turnkey" quote to get the advance payment. Once they have your money, they stop the work and demand extra "hidden charges" for components that were supposed to be included.
  3. Complete Irresponsibility: Once the payment is made, Nilesh Ghusar and his team stop answering calls. If you have a technical emergency (like a compressor failure), they will ghost you while your inventory rots.
  4. Substandard Materials: They promise high-end components (like Bitzer or Danfoss) but install local, unbranded, or refurbished parts to save money, compromising the entire plant's safety and efficiency.
My Warning:Nilesh Ghusar is highly manipulative and will make big promises during the sales phase. However, once you sign the contract, you lose control of your money and your project. He has no ethics and no regard for the livelihood of his clients.

I have evidence of the following:

  • Breach of contract regarding delivery timelines.
  • Installation of mismatched and failing machinery.
  • Refusal to provide after-sales service even under warranty.
If you are considering Nandikoti for your cold storage project, STOP. Look for a reputable company that values its reputation. Do not let Nilesh Ghusar scam you like he did me.
