I booked the hotel on Tuesday 13 January 2026 the name of the hotel was fab hotel pride on make my trip but when I searched it on Google there was no such hotel instead of this the name was hotel highway pride we searched there no but there was no contact on Google so we searched on make my trip there were 2 no (70424 24242;79 7183 5949) but none of them are working.we reached there and we see it was totally different what we see on MMT .I call MMT support team they said to check in and they we will talked to the hotel staff so we checked in .the room was dirty, tobacco spill,dirty washroom, switch board broken, disgusting smell from bedsheet and the bed was broken.I asked the staff to change the room they said "we have only these type of room" so I called MMT support team they said wait the staff is not picking up the call we waited for almost 30 min there was no response I asked them whether we left or stay still there was no response so we left from there . MMT support team haven't respond till morning.I call them still they have the same answer u have to wait.

The experience not only cause financial loss but also cause mental harrasment and the trip we planned was also cancelled
Immediately refund my original booking amount and a compensation of 10000 rupees for the damages caused due to misguided, Trip cancelled and fake photo of hotel on your app
if I do not receive a resolution within 7 working days, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Court, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, and escalate this matter publicly via social media and legal channels, including naming the CEO and company representatives involved.
I hope MakeMyTrip values its customers and takes responsibility for its system failures.
