I, Girdhari Chaudhary, am filing this complaint against Saumic Craft for deficiency in service and unfair practice regarding the non-refund of my payment amounting to ₹11,800/-.
The opposite party, Saumic Craft, provides services related to online selling, seller training, and assistance for businesses to sell products through platforms such as Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, and also through their own B2C brand website.
I had approached the company for Amazon Seller Account Setup and related e-commerce support services. For this service, I paid an amount of ₹11,800/- to Saumic Craft.
Due to unavoidable financial issues, I was unable to continue with the service and requested the company to cancel the service and refund my paid amount. However, despite my repeated requests and communication, the company has refused to refund my money.
The company has failed to provide proper service and is illegally retaining my payment amount without justification. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Therefore, I request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to kindly:
