This is to formally record that a total amount of approximately ₹3.8 lakhs was transferred to you about one month back for booking a round-trip flight (New York to Spain and return from Geneva to New York) for my daughter and her friend.
Despite repeated follow-ups, no tickets have been booked and no confirmed itinerary or PNR has been provided. Your explanations regarding travel to Pune and pending payments do not justify the continued delay or non-performance of the agreed service.
Please treat this as a final notice. If the tickets are not booked and confirmed or the full amount refunded by today [6 Feb 2026, 9:00 PM], I will proceed with filing a formal police complaint for cheating under IPC Section 420 and criminal breach of trust under IPC Section 406, in addition to initiating appropriate legal and consumer court proceedings.
All payment proofs, WhatsApp communications, and related records are fully documented and will be submitted to the authorities if required.
