Hello, i bought a samsung refrigerator from samsung corporate account with a great discount due to damaged box of the product (not a damaged product) in the month of march 2025. I also bought a 3 year extended warranty from the team that came to install it from samsung. my product worked fine until june when i got a small issue with the defreeze on the lower left side of the fridge (rest of the fridge was perfect).
upon calling samsung they sent an engineer to have him tell me its an issue with a pipe choke up and told me he would have to shut it. only after me coming home i came to know he shut the entire fridge rather than just that part of the fridge. i complained to samsung and they asked me to take a "coupon" (without the extended warranty as they mentioned its not directly from samsung) from which i have to buy another fridge only from samsung.
i requested them to either
1. replace the refrigerator which they have in the stock (albeit higher price)
2. repair the fridge (which they said they cant which is surprising)
3. refund me the money including the extended warranty so that i am not bound only to buy from samsung. (i paid money so i should get back money only)
its been more than 2 weeks but havent come with any solutions and i have 3 children home and as a family we are having lots of trouble at home for food conservation apart from the food that already got wasted because the engineer disconnected the fridge altogether.
