Ordered 43 inch Smart Monitor from Samsung.com official website on 22 Sept 2025. Order No : 12339008686
First delivery was attempted on 26 Sep 2025, but the box was wet, so I rejected it.
Next day raised a complaint with Samsung Support regarding the same Case Id : 303406203
After a week Samsung re-delivered the same wet damaged box up-side-down, this time with extra wrapping to hide the box damage.
Now, they refuse to replace the box and insist on product installation, stating that I will have to accept if the product works on installation.

I am asking for a replacement of damaged box or full refund.

If they are not responding to your emails and chats and not replacing the damage box, we suggest you to file a case against them in the Consumer Forum.
