Sir, I Purchased an Samsung Air Conditioner in BAJAJ ELECTRONIS, RAMANTHAPUR. on 01.01.2024, Invoice.no:1240/23/s-26005 and Samsung A.C. Model no.AR1BCY5ZAGD they A.C was delivered on 04.01.2024, After that the Installation person came to install the A.C at the time of installation the installation person was faced by technical issues. i ask him to change the piece but the technical person said this is normal nothing to worry the A.C. was good, after a few months the A.C was not Cooling then i Complaint with a toll-free number 1800-40-7267864 the company person came and checked the A.C he said need to fill the Gas in A.C, i said the A.C was purchased before few months only why this is happening, the technical person said this problem will happened only in some A.C's after this Gas Filling your AirConditioner will fine.
But now this month February 2025, when i on the A.C, the A.C was not cooling, then i complaint again to toll-free number 1800-407267864, the company said technical persons came and checked the Air Conditioner they said some leaking problem was going on need to check and fill the Gas in the A.C, and they given a receipt and went out with out the problem cleared. i ask him to clear the problem the technical person said after one year there is no responsibility from show room you may took one year extra guarantee with financial you need to contact the financial person,.
sir i went to BAJAJ ELECTRONICS, Ramanthapur and i contact with that Showroom manager and said the problem with that Air Conditioner, the manager also said the showroom is not responsible after one year you may contact before one year,
And i Contact to IDFC FIRST BANK which was Financing with one more year guarantee, the executive name is SAGAR and Approval Code is 1010320270. i contact with this person and explain the problem this executive person said he will raise the complaint and send the techinical person to slove the problem i given a complain orally on 3/02/2025 after a few days i again went to showroom and ask the person about the complaint on 08/02/2025 he said i launched the complaint they will contact me, after a several callings to IDFC person till now they are not responding from that IDFC EXECUTIVE PERSON OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL PERSON. After a lot of suffering i am approaching your honour

sir, please do need full to me and punish them lawfully.
