I ordered bed mattress and wardrobe from Royal oak india. The installation guy came on 30th Oct and installed the bed but the hardware like screws were missing for Wardrobe.
They said they will order the screw and installed in 3-4 days. It has been more than 20 days and they are not answering me properly.
They keep saying tomorrow . The manager is not answering my call and the installation guys as well.
Please look into it. I want a 20k compensation.
