Hi.

This is regarding another extremely poor response I've faced at said Service center TEKNIK MOTORS in Indiranagar on 14-05-2026.

Have had two incidents of no accountability from their executives and service side. Please refer to the series email to refer to the previous time which was NEVER RESOLVED.
Ordered a seat assembly and the entire team just doesn’t care to update or respond despite umpteen calls.
Mailed Royal Enfield Support and then finally someone called back to address it. After assurances to resolve never called back or responded ever again.

And then I made the mistake of taking my bike again thinking it’s just general service. What can go wrong.

I was told by the executive SAMUEL that it will take two days. Nothing for four days and when I called no one had any clue what’s going on. Floor manager SATISH passes the buck on ANOTHER service executive who doesn’t know what’s happening.
Despite repeated calls it appears that it’s not their responsibility to check and update the customer on what the status is.
And I’m told that it would take two more days.
Makes it seem like customer only has to go and sit in their workshop floor and guide them on what to do and update them.
After 4 days of calling them up finally I'm told the bike is serviced but a certain transmission noise from the clutch housing was because of a defective Tensioner Bolt, which was out of stock. I was told that failure to replace the part may result in ENGINE SEIZURE.
Understanding the seriousness of this I asked them to immediately place the order and directly spoke to SAGAR, another Floor manager who assured me it will be ordered and received within 10 days. Was directed to RICKY an executive to follow up regarding the same.
Today I've tried to contact them to enquire about the part. NO RESPONSE from Ricky. The service front desk person tells me they will check and get back and then no response.

I have since tried at least 5 TIMES to call but no one picks up.
THIS IS UTTERLY SHAMBOLIC TREATMENT!!!!

What is the point of having a service center that doesn't bother to do anything let alone respond. It’s been a race amongst the Service center executives to outdo their own incompetence.
