I have booked the room but hotel does not exist parking and they mentioned on website and the room air condition was not working as it was informed by the Receptionist, i had not check in the room, but make did not refund my money back neither they give me other hotel option.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the company via email or customer care and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Make my Trip (grievanceofficer@makemytrip.com), clearly outlining your concerns, attach room photos and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Make my Trip a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
