Myntra's service is absolutely terrible, and their customer service is completely useless. They rejected my return request without any valid reason; I had ordered Hero gloves in size XXL but received the wrong color and size. I even have a video as proof, yet they still won't process the return—their service is just that bad. Boycott Myntra and Flipkart; their service is awful. They should hire me instead; at least I would actually solve customers' problems. These people are completely incompetent—they cut the call when I ask questions, refuse to listen to what I have to say, and don't speak respectfully. I’ve been hassled for 4-5 days now, and these idiots still haven't resolved my issue. My advice to everyone is to stop using Flipkart and Myntra and use Amazon instead, as it is a trusted platform.
