Dear Consumer Court ,

I have renewed my Road Side Assistance (RSA) for my TATA NEXON EV vehicle on 8th of May 2026 for 1 year, I opted for this RSA Service through the TATA Motors IRA app. The amount got deducted and till date I have not received either the bill or RSA confirmation from IRA guys and KEY motors guys. I have been writing to them, calling them but of no use, every time I get the same template answer from the representatives or through email, which has not been resolved even more than 40 days.
I am asking them to refund the amount or provide atleast offline bill and confirmation, which they have not done till date. The problem with EV vehicles are multitude, in case of emergency I would require RSA, if this people say we are unable to process, I will buy from some one else. Now I am in constant anxiety while travelling. The credit card transaction ref number is 13368833571 .

I need resolution with in next 15 days as I have waited for more than 40 days already and they should be levied sufficient penalty.
