I have recharged my livpure RO on 8 Feb, 2026 for one year.
On 14 th july, my RO stoped working so complaint at customer care. But they give a false hope. I have called 100s of time and emailed them many times but no technician visit yet. Everyday they give me false assurance that technician will come but no visit yet.
I have asked them to cancel my subscription and refund my money back for rest of period but they denied for refund. Neither they are providing services nor cancelling my subscription.
It's matter if pure water and it's daily comsumble item. I am facing lot of trouble because of this. I request please look into the master and compensate me for this HARRASSMENT that I am facing since 14th July, 2026. I am working and still I am calling them daily for RO service but no success.
