Hello Sir/Madam
I am Md Khaja Naseeruddin from Peerzadiguda, Hyderabad - 500098. I have Purchase a Revolt Bike in December - 2023. I have faced many issues with the bike I can say that except body inside parts got replaced (Battery, Immobilizer) after that since from Dec-2024 I have visited the Revolt Service Center about the Issue I am facing from the bike charger and My bike front shock absorber leg is leaking oil I have put up a detailed mail on 8-Feb-2025 asking to solve the problem as it my regular bike to the office. The ask me to give some time in the mail after that I have received a call from revolt service to come to the centre for the replacement of charger, and I visited the showroom on 12-6-2025 to replace the charger and ask about the front Shock absorber leak they gave me another charger which is a repaired one not a new one and they ask me to check the light is blinking and i have seen it but when I take it home the light is blinking but it is not charging the bike. When I approached them on saturday 14-6-25 to ask them about how they issued me a faulty charger they said we don't have a replacement charger and when i ask them how should i charge my bike, they said i don't know we will see to change it on Monday if not when we receive it. At least my old charger is somehow charging the bike, but they replaced it with a faulty one and misbehaved by saying do whatever you want and when i said to complain to Consumer Forum they said that you can go and complain we don't care even if you want to go to police station for complaint you can go. and the front shock absorber leg leak they said when it arrives we will inform and how long it will take we don't know.
So, I look like Revolt motors don't care about the customers and what should I do
