Facing battery issue since Aug 2024.
Visited hyderabad secundrabad showroom.
They changed coupler and returned the bike after 34 days. Since than milage was only 40 kilometers.
Visited showroom on again 14 December they checked battery
But asked me to come after 2 weeks.
So visited and submitted bike on 4 Jan 2025 and submitted bike and they told it will take 45 dayz for battery to be replaced.
I was continuos following up with them for evey 15 days.
Today again visited showroom they have not sent battery and saying to wait.
Again on Battery was sent to new service center in hyderabad Himayat nagar on 16th April 2025 and Today 5 June 2025 visited they said battery cannot be replaced as Girish sir not accepting and service manager pranith said speak once with Girish sir by calling cm care.
Called cm care of revolt and they said our Sir nor reponding calls now.
Request you to check and help my battery replaced or repaired as am working in bank and facing lot of issue to travel and this is 6th month pls pls help.
Because from last 7 months my travel expense is 5000 from metro and taxi..
Which am incurring from l7 months and also loss of extra 4 hours.
Pls help
