My plan was closed on 21 may so I called on 20 May to cancel the rental RO membership and told to pick it up as soon as possible. Earlier same thing happened once I told that I will out of station for 6 month so I want to cancel the subcription and return the RO. After frequently calling still thay come very late. Meanwhile I leave for vacation and I have to continew the subcription without using it. Now again I want to going in vacation they are delaing pick up request RO. I frequently calling them. No responce come. Sir/ maam please take action. Please help
