I have bought 2 tops from THE MUSK | Women's Western Wear Store. They have taken so much of time to deliver these tops. We had to do so many follow ups to get the order.
Once the order was delivered, I didn’t like one of the top. Their website says one click return which was not working for me. After doing so many follow ups on their whatsapp number, they asked me to pay 100 rupees as reverse shipping fee. I paid the fees on 29th Sep, I have still not got the notification of return request and return is not picked up too. When I asked for my 100 rupees back, they stopped responding to me. They blocked me on Instagram.
