I brought a laptop on 24/9/25 and it arrived on 29/9/25 after some days of use it power button stop working and i rised a complaint on 5/10/25.As per them the tech visit was to be done in 12/10/25 and replacement in 14/10/25
But on 12/10/25 there were no tech visit and i filled complaints on Flipkart customer care from 12/10/25 to 20/10/25 and almost 8 complaint where rised till 20/10/25 but there where no reply
Till 22/10/25 there been a call and the tech visit was completed on 24/10/25 with a one month delay after purchase ,after which they a asked for a 48-72 hours enquiry time.
On 26/10/25 there where a call and email from Flipkart customer care asking for the details of the tech visit and a send a document provided by the technical staff to Flipkart via email as per they asked and they again asked a 72 hours of time
After passing the 72 hours they call again and said there where a delay and it will take another 72 hours to do anything
But I am a college student and brought this laptop for my final year college project work as my old laptop was too slow to work with.But after this one month delay I have do forcefully do my work in my old laptop
But now after this one month delay I don't trust Flipkart and need a refund for my product instead of replacement as it been one month and the purpose of my purchase is not fulfill and i need a refund immediately as it been delayed so long.
Till now there not been a correct confirmation related to the product from Flipkart and every thing is foggy to me from them
I filed a complaint in customer service online of government too about my problem
So please kindly consider my complaint and take necessary action as this been happening to many people by Flipkart
