After Giving messages day by day for return is rescheduled but it is not taken by the courier boy,When I talk to the delivery boy he is telling that it will be taken by today but he is not coming to pick the courier. I had ordered from the original app of Puma and my order was delivered by Delhivery Limited Company, but I did not like the order so I wanted to return it but it is not getting returned, repeatedly I get message from Puma and Delhivery that your order has been sent out for return and OTP comes but it has not been returned yet, he repeatedly reschedules the pickup and I called the delivery boy, he says he will come by evening but he did not come, I called him back the next day and told him that I will complain but he is saying that do it since he is asking me.
