The shipment has been stuck in transit since 3 March(source locatin), with no updates in the tracking information thereafter. Despite the delivery date being shown as 6 March, the order has clearly not progressed or moved within the logistics network.

What is even more concerning is that despite repeated requests, your customer support team is refusing to cancel the order and initiate a refund of my money, including the shipping charges. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

As a consumer, I placed this order in good faith based on the delivery commitment provided by your platform. However, due to the lack of shipment movement, absence of transparency in tracking updates, and refusal to cancel the order, I am being forced to deal with unnecessary inconvenience, financial blockage of my funds, and mental harassment.

If the company is unable to deliver the order within the promised timeline, it is the responsibility of the company to cancel the order and refund the full amount immediately. Refusing to do so violates consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
I have made multiple attempts to contact customer support.

Therefore, I demand the following immediate actions:

  1. Immediate cancellation of Order ID FN7156701387.
  2. Full refund of the order amount including shipping charges.
  3. Written confirmation of the refund initiation and refund timeline.
