I, Ganesh Prajapat, am the owner of DEV Telecom, located at Shop#2, Jayalakshmi Complex, Whitefield Road, Hoodi, Mahadevpura Post, Bangalore 560048.

On 14th August 2025, a customer named Rajendra visited my shop and purchased a mobile phone, POCO C71, for ₹7,000. The payment was made by scanning my shop’s QR code linked to my bank account.

Subsequently, I was informed that the customer filed a cyber complaint against the QR code used for the transaction. As a result, my bank account has frozen, and I am unable to carry out any financial transactions, which has severely impacted my business operations.
