Good morning. My name is Anshu Sinha.

I had booked a flight ticket through the GoIbibo platform from Kuala Lumpur to Delhi for 26th June (Flight No. AI 2387). The flight was cancelled by the airline on 18th May; I did not initiate this cancellation. Now neither airline is responding nor Goibibo.

Following this, I received a call from your agent informing me that I could either reschedule or request a refund, as the cancellation was from the airline’s end. I opted for a refund. However, it's now more than 14 days since the cancellation, and under the airline's policy, the refund should have been processed by now.

Since the booking was made via your travel portal, I understand that any coupon amount may be deducted. Still, the remaining balance should be refunded to my original payment method within the stipulated time frame. Unfortunately, the refund status keeps updating with revised dates, but the amount has not yet been credited.
