am having salary account in Union Bank of India Mehsana Highway Road Branch with A/С по 637702010001403. I attempted to transfer Rupees 35000/- through IMPS using Vyom application to the account of my relative i.e Gautambhai with A/c number 39729351873 on 16/04/2025. But, mistakably the amount was transferred to wrong Axis Bank account as the names are similar. The details of the wrong transaction are given below:

My bank, Union Bank of Mehsana, reported claim settlement inquiry on 17/04/2025 and 06/05/2025 to Axis Bank but no respond has been initiated at your level. I personally visited the branch manager of Axis Bank GPO Patan Branch. The manager neither accepted my application nor gave any positive response to my query. This lead me to mental harrasment. Consequently I am compelled to lodge complaint to RBI Portal. The mount is already there in the account of Axis Bank but they put it under lien. How can a bank adjust the amount which was mistakably to unknown account in Credit card outstanding amout. Branch manager of UBI and I contacted the manager of Patan GPO Axis Bank Branch Manger to remove lien on 35000 so that money can be charged me back.
Kindly do needful and try your level best to refund amount and credit to my Union Bank Account 637702010001403 as soon as possible.
