To the Customer Service Head,
I am writing to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding a defective Thomson Cooler purchased via Flipkart on 15/05/2026. and Delivery date is 17/05/2026.
The appliance is completely non-functional and defective from day one. On 20/05/2026, your authorized service center technician visited my premises, inspected the unit, and explicitly confirmed that the cooler is defective and cannot be repaired. The technician instructed me to raise a replacement request with Flipkart.
However, Flipkart has rejected the replacement request because your service center is refusing to hand over the Rejection Certificate / Technical Inspection Report confirming the manufacturing defect.
I have repeatedly attempted to contact Thomson Customer Care via phone and your complaint portal, but I have received zero response. I am currently stuck with a defective product due to a lack of coordination and a refusal to provide standard service documentation.
I hereby request that Thomson immediately:
Issue the Defective/Rejection Certificate via email so I can submit it to Flipkart.
Alternatively, coordinate directly with Flipkart to authorize the replacement of this unit.
If this issue is not acknowledged and resolved within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter formally to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and file an official complaint with the Consumer Forum for deficiency of service and unfair trade practices.
I expect a swift resolution.
