Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery of my goods and suspected fraudulent activity by a Packers & Movers company named Extended Space.
I contacted Mr. Pradeep Mobile no +91 85276 00861 from Extended Space for shifting my belongings. The pickup was initially scheduled for 16.11.2025 with an advance payment of Rs. 500/-, but the pickup did not occur because they did not arrive on time. The pickup was later rescheduled and completed on 18.11.2025. The items handed over included:
Bike (Apache 160 RR) (DL3SAU8306)
One mattress
Clothes
Utensils
Total Amount: Rs 60,000/- (Approximate)
After picking up the items, the company stopped responding to my calls. After 8 days, I received a WhatsApp message from Mr. Naman Bharadwaj mobile no 81304 08098, asking for the full payment of Rs. 11,500/-, even though the payment terms at the time of booking were:
Rs. 500/- advance
80% of the amount (including the Rs. 500/-) at the time of pickup
Remaining 20% at the time of delivery
They repeatedly asked for full payment while refusing to respond about the status of my parcel.
On 30.11.2025, Mr. Naman finally answered my call and informed me that my parcel was in Srinagar, and asked for full payment. When I questioned this, he then asked for 80% payment and provided another contact number: 9999342612. On 01.12.2025, when I called that number, I was told that my parcel was in Chandigarh and that delivery would take one week after payment. I made the required payment, but since then there has been no update.
Today is 13.12.2025, and I still have no information about my belongings. I am particularly concerned about my bike being misused.
I request you to kindly register an FIR, take necessary action against the company and individuals involved, and help me recover my parcel at the earliest.

Thanks & Regards,
Prashant Kumar Rout
