Water Purifier Request for Refund of AMC Amount and Compensation for Deficient Service by Livpure

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complaint of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) amount of ₹14,000/- paid by me for a 4-year AMC of my Livpure Zinger Smart RO machine.

Despite registering multiple complaints and sending several emails regarding the non-functional condition of my RO system, the issue has remained unresolved for more than three months. The details of my complaints are as follows:

Throughout this period, no service engineer visited my residence to repair the machine. Furthermore, I was informed that the PCB required for my Zinger Smart RO machine is not available and has reportedly not been manufactured for several months. As a result, my RO machine remained completely non-functional from 01.03.2026 onwards.

I am also concerned that your records allegedly show service visits and replacement of parts at my residence, whereas no engineer visited my house and no parts were replaced. This raises serious questions regarding the accuracy of the service records maintained by your company.

Due to the prolonged non-resolution of the issue, non-availability of the required PCB, and complete failure to provide services under the AMC, I was left with no option but to purchase a new Livpure Allura Premia RO machine at my own expense. The new machine was purchased and installed only because my existing machine remained unusable for over three months and my family was compelled to purchase drinking water from the market for daily consumption.

Since Livpure failed to provide the services promised under the AMC and was unable to repair the machine due to non-availability of spare parts, I request you to refund the entire AMC amount of ₹14,000/- immediately with compensation amount 50,000/-.

The failure to repair the machine and provide AMC services was entirely due to reasons attributable to your company and not due to any fault on my part. Therefore, retaining the AMC amount despite non-performance of services is unjustified.

I request you to take the necessary action to Livepure and help to refund my AMC amount with compensation amount .
