Dear Airtel Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an unresolved issue regarding a broadband connection I booked on 13/05/2025 through one of your agents. I made a payment of ₹2500, but unfortunately, the broadband was never installed, and I have not received any response despite multiple follow-ups.

Due to the urgency of my internet needs, I had to arrange for another Airtel broadband connection through your store. Given that the initial service was not provided, I kindly request a refund of the ₹2500 paid for the first booking.

For your reference, I have attached a copy of the payment slip with this email. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund at the earliest.
