Dear Sir/mam,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the Voltas air cooler that I recently purchased from flipkart
The cooler started making an unusually loud noise from the second day of use itself, which clearly indicates that the product is defective. I chose Voltas because it is a reputed and trusted brand, and I expected a quality product. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely opposite.
I have already raised a complaint, and your authorized service engineer visited my premises to inspect the product. A job sheet was generated confirming the inspection, and I have attached a copy of the same for your reference. However, I am not interested in getting a brand-new product repaired immediately after purchase. A product that develops such a major issue on the second day is unacceptable.
I do not wish to continue with this defective product. Therefore, i asked flipkart to initiate the return process immediately and arrange a full refund at the earliest. As a customer, I expect a hassle-free resolution for a product that was defective almost immediately after purchase. I was looking forward to get their prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
curently it is in review , so i am hoping to make it smooth and simple and expecting refund as soon as possible, job sheet is also shared with invoice.I WANT A HASTLE FREE REFUND.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter is being handled.

I have been receiving the same standard response repeatedly from different Flipkart executives over phone calls, without any meaningful update or resolution. Every time I explain the entire issue from the beginning, I am given the same response again. This is highly frustrating and unacceptable.

I have been a loyal Flipkart customer for a long time, and I never expected to be treated in this manner. Instead of resolving a genuine issue involving a defective product that started malfunctioning from the second day of use, I am being made to go through unnecessary delays and repeated explanations.

I have already shared all the required documents, including the invoice and the authorized service engineer's job sheet. Despite this, my request for a return and refund has still not been processed.
