Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a grievance regarding the ongoing and unresolved issues with the Whirlpool refrigerator (Invoice attached), purchased from Reliance Digital on 30th October 2024.
To date, I have raised two service complaints under Reliance ResQ Care for the same recurring issues:
Additionally, the ongoing defect is causing significant inconvenience and distress, as the refrigerator is essential for daily usage, and I have been unable to use it reliably for the past few months. This experience has resulted in undue mental harassment and repeated follow-ups without any effective support or resolution.
I have attached the following documents for your reference:
In light of the repeated failure of the product and the lack of service support, I hereby request a full refund for the refrigerator.
I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and resolved at the earliest.
- Service ID: 3165731 – Raised on 7th June 2025
- Service ID: 3542055 – Raised on 31st July 2025
- Excessive ice accumulation in the deep freezer compartment
- Unusual operational noises
- No cooling in the fridge and chilling tray
- Upon raising Service ID: 3165731 in June, a technician from Reliance Digital inspected the appliance and identified a damaged sensor, which was subsequently replaced. Please note that this issue occurred within 8 months of purchase.
- However, just 1 month and 22 days later, the exact same issue recurred. A second service request (ID: 3542055) was raised on 31st July 2025. The visiting technician once again identified the same sensor issue, indicating a repeated failure of the replaced component.
- Invoice copy of the refrigerator purchase
- Photographic evidence of the ice accumulation
- Copies of both service requests raised in June and July
In light of the repeated failure of the product and the lack of service support, I hereby request a full refund for the refrigerator.
I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and resolved at the earliest.
