Dear Flipkart Team,

I am writing this email with great disappointment regarding a recent order I placed on Flipkart for a OnePlus Air Buds product.

Unfortunately, the item delivered to me is not the same product that I ordered. In addition, the product received is defective and not in proper working condition. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I have attempted to initiate a return request multiple times through the Flipkart app. However, each time my return request has been rejected without a satisfactory resolution.

I kindly request you to look into this matter on priority and provide an appropriate solution at the earliest. I expect either a replacement with the correct product or a full refund for the defective and incorrect item delivered to me.

I have already contacted your customer care team regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have only been disappointed.
Your representatives informed me that they are unable to help me and that my product cannot be returned. They clearly stated that I am not eligible for either a replacement or a refund. Moreover, they refused my request to escalate the matter or connect me with a senior manager.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my concern has been handled and request that this issue be reviewed and resolved at the earliest.

I trust that Flipkart values customer satisfaction and will resolve this issue promptly.
