Dear Zara PVR Team,

I am writing to request immediate assistance regarding the return and refund of my recent purchase (Order ID: ZA10727) from zarapvr store, placed on November 5, 2024, and delivered on November 8, 2024.

Upon receiving the order, which consisted of two pairs of pants, I initiated a return request on the same day (November 8, 2024), as per the return policy. I followed up via email at zarapvrcontact@gmail.com on November 8th, 11th, and 13th, yet I have not received any response. Additionally, I attempted to reach customer service via phone at 8750080763, but the response was inadequate and did not provide any resolution to my query.

I kindly request your immediate attention to process the refund of Rs. 999 at the earliest, as this delay is causing inconvenience. Please confirm the status of my request or provide guidance on any further action required from my end to expedite the process.

If the customer care of zarapvr is not responding, you have strong reason to file a case in consumer forum.

On 21 nov i just order black color bag. And my pursal just delivered today, and when I open it was just wrong bag and it is copper in color.. It is totally from my ordered bag..

I just like to tell you that , recently ordered a black bag from zara pvr on 21 nov and the total cost of this bag is 999 rs.. And yesterday I just received my order, but i was literally shocked because when I opened my order. I was totally aa different bag from my order.. I first my picture I order and in second bag which I received..
So, I request that please my same bag which I order..and take action on zara pvr team
