Coaching Center Request for Cancellation and Refund – Planet Spark Course Subscription

I paid Rs. 45,100 to Planet Spark for classes, but i didnt do the enrollment cancelled the classes next day before I could join. I am asking for a refund.
 
I have paid 8k after being pressurized to pay during the councelling itself...has anyone got a refund? We should file a complaint together...
 
Hi Form me same thing happened kindly help me out they mislead parents and not conducting classes promptly these guys are scammers how to get the refund from planet spark
 
I have raised a complaint from to refund admission fee as have credit card limit issues. Requested them to cancel our enrollment but no response and the counselor tried to degrade us.
No response even after raising a complaint.
 
Hello All,

I cancelled the planet Spark classes after first class, as my kid doesn't want to sit in front of Laptop screen. When I contacted Planet Spark they are denying to refund and asking me to convince kid to sit infront of Laptop. Could anyone of you please guide if anyone got the refund or file any case with consumer court?

Could you please help me drafting a case for me.
I paid $1,111.09 upfront to PlanetSpark Gurgaon for my daughter's enrollment. After five months of follow-up, I was refunded only $809, with $302.09 deducted.

My daughter attended just one class, and the contract clearly states that the first five classes are observation classes. Given that she attended only one observation class and did not continue with the program, I do not understand how the company can justify retaining nearly 27% of the amount paid.
