Date of Incident: 13th October
Issue/Grievance: I placed this order on 13 October, with an expected delivery date of 19 October. However, despite waiting patiently, I have received repeated delivery delay notifications on the app without any clear explanation or resolution.
I have contacted multiple customer support representatives, but each time I have been given a different delivery date—first 21 October, then 23 October, and now 26 October.
Unfortunately, no one has taken effective action to resolve the issue or provided a satisfactory explanation for these repeated delays.
This experience is extremely frustrating. My money is tied up, yet the product has not been delivered, and the issue remains unresolved.
What is even more disappointing is that, despite several follow-ups, there has been no concrete action or accountability from the support team.
I would like to understand why I am being put through this inconvenience and why a customer has to repeatedly follow up for an order that should have been delivered as promised.
I request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and ensure that my order is delivered without any further delay. If delivery is not possible, please provide a clear explanation and an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund options.
I have attached screenshots for your reference. I hope this concern will be taken seriously and resolved promptly, rather than receiving another revised delivery date.
