I am writing to respectfully seek your help regarding a refund issue I have been facing for the past one year. Despite repeated follow-ups, the company has not returned my money.

One year ago, I made a payment to the company for their services, but to this day, the promised service was not delivered and the refund has not been processed. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but there has been no proper response or resolution from their side.

I am now left with no option but to request your kind intervention in this matter. Please help me get my rightful refund from the company. I am ready to provide all necessary documents, receipts, and communication records related to the transaction.

I have sent you multiple emails regarding my refund, but I have not received any proper response from your side. Every time, I am only told, “I will send the money,” but no action has been taken so far.

It is very disappointing to see such repeated false promises without any result. I kindly request you to process my refund immediately and stop making further excuses.

If I do not receive a resolution soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer authorities or cyber crime cell.

I hope for a quick and genuine response this time.
