I am hebbare manikantha rao, resident of kurnool, andhra pradesh, 9885530181 purchased acer aspire 3 laptop from flipkart online shopping. Product delivered on 6 January, 2026.
Product once heating while I was normal browsing after 60 minutes.
Return requested on 9 January 2026.
Technician visit expected by Tuesday 13 January 2026. Return approved expected by 13 january 2026.
Pickup and replace expected by Friday 16 January 2026.
But till tech visit not completed. They are mentally harrasing not responding about my Product Return/ replacement / Return the money. And so many issues here. I hope this is re_packed box. Technical person unable to find core issue of this my device through online phone call.
