Respected Sir/Madam, Myself Arbaz Solanki I purchased a TV on 29/03/2025 after few months on 18 Oct. I faced a screen defect so I registered a complaint with the TCL and they arranged a technician visit and approved a replacement T.V. Now the real problem starts the model which I ordered was *55C69B* I was expecting same model as replacement just because they were not able to source it without informing me they sent a downgraded model with dozens of lesser features and specifications. In return I denied the downgraded model and asked there chat agents through there website to find a near proper alternative which they answered with *55C6K* is best alternate, attached is the proof mentioning the same also the differences between the original model , the one which they are offering the downgrade model (55p8k) and the one which is alternate suggested by there chat team *55C6K* Now they have approved a refurbished model 55c69brtv against my original T.V and not ready to deliver the near alternate 55C6K as informed by there CHAT TEAM. This issue is on going since more then 2 months now and no sign of resolving it, name and contacts are been shared below for the persons I'm been in touch with, please do needful.
