*Complaint Summary*
I ordered an HP Ryzen 5 7530U Laptop (₹45,564) from Flipkart on 11 March 2026.
Issue:
I received a laptop with the wrong processor (Ryzen 5 7535U instead of 7530U)
The laptop was pre-activated
The warranty was already active from 20 October 2025
Timeline:
18 March 2026: Product delivered and complaint raised on the same day
20 March 2026: Replacement approved
28 March 2026: Product reached nearest hub (Focal Point)
Problems faced:
Delivery was not attempted at my home; I was asked to visit the hub
Hub staff and delivery team gave no proper response
Repeated delays citing verification and email approval issues
Despite multiple visits, replacement was not processed
I am facing loss of time, money, and work due to daily visits
Current Status:
As of 2 April 2026, no resolution has been provided (6+ days delay)
Flipkart is only extending dates without resolving the issue.

My order was cancelled without any prior information or proper explanation. I had received the wrong model of the laptop, which was quite expensive. The order was confirmed on 11 March 2026, and today is 2 April 2026, but the issue is still unresolved.
I have been facing this problem for a long time now, and there has been no proper solution. Even the hub manager has not been helpful in resolving this issue.
