Hi Team,
I am facing repetitive Delivery Failures in Pune by Amazon. They have the audacity to tell me that I live in the outskirts. Not sure why they accept orders on my pin code then.
They take order, commit that it will be delivered tomorrow. Then I spend whole of the next day calling their Customer Care about where is the order. Then they will reschedule at 10:30-11 PM in the night. But funny part is the Customer will still tell me it will get delivered today. The Pune Division Head is not commenting on why these delays. She is very rude. Amazon Leadership does not care about Customer Escalations. Their Delivery guys do not even make a delivery attempt and I get an email saying delivery was attempted. Since I was unavailable, the package is returned back tot he facility. All fake
Amazon is full of fake promises and Customer Service. No one there really cares what Customers feel,
