Respected Sir,
I am Anupama Majumder writing to express my disappointment regarding the repeated negligence in handling my Service Disruption (disconnection) requests for my Jio Fiber connection.
I initially applied for Service Disruption on 22nd July, but the request was missed. So, I cancelled it and submitted a new request on the same day, with the service slot scheduled for 23rd July. Unfortunately, that too was missed.I then rescheduled it for 25th July, but the slot was changed to 24th July without my consent, and even then, no one showed up. They also missed the 25th July appointment.
Once again, I cancelled the request and applied for Service Disruption on 26th July, but it was missed again.
I have called customer care multiple times, but instead of resolving my issue, they just keep asking me to wait and assuring me that it will be done soon — which clearly has not happened.
I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and take immediate action. This repeated inconvenience is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
