this is dr ram bhupal reddy living in arilova, visakhapatnam
i have taken personal and professional loan from bajaj fianance since 4 years and payign regualry until last 6 months
from last 6 months due to loss in the medical technology company, i could not pay the EMI on time, but late by 7-10 days same month every month i am paying regualary
but for delay of even few days , they are deducting money from my account almost 4000-5000 per month for an EMI of around
when i contacted the bank officials say, they dont have control your bank account, as you have signed the authrotity for bajaj finance limited to take as much money as they want and they are helpless, then asked them what is the RBI guidelines on this ? they have no information, except saying we dont have control over your bank account
