Repeated Follow-Up: Delayed Delivery Despite Paid Express Charges and No Refund Response

Dear Amazon Customer Support Team,

I am writing this email to express my strong dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a delayed delivery and the complete lack of response to my refund request.

I paid an additional 99 for express delivery with the clear expectation that my order would be delivered within the promised timeframe. However, despite paying extra charges, the product was delivered late, defeating the entire purpose of opting for express delivery.

Due to this failure in service, I raised a request for a refund of the express delivery charges on January 13, 2026. Unfortunately, even after several days, I have not received any response, update, or resolution from the customer service team. This ongoing silence is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially from a company known for its customer service standards.

I find it frustrating that customers are charged extra for services that are not honoured, and even more frustrating when refund requests are ignored without any communication. I have already spent considerable time following up, yet this issue remains unresolved.

I request immediate attention to this matter and expect the refund for the express delivery charges to be processed without any further delay. Please provide a clear update on the status of my refund request and confirm when the amount will be credited back to my account.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further. I hope this will not be necessary and that Amazon will take responsibility and resolve this issue at the earliest.

I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory response.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to cs-reply@amazon.in outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund the ₹99/- as the delivery was not done in the promised time frame.

If not received any reply from the Amazon support team, escalate the issue with Grievance Officer at grievance-officer@amazon.in

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Amazon a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
