Sir,
I have registered service complaint to Bosch Home Appliances vide service request reference number 6670167770 on 09th October 2025 for malfunctioning and repairing of my 6.5 kg front load washing Machine.
In reference to this, a service engineer from M/S. Universal Service, an authorized service partner of Bosch, Mr. Shahid with mobile number 9724927877 had visited and replaced some parts of my Bosch washing machine and collected Rupees 15,105/- (in words Rupees Fifteen Thousand One Hundred and Five Only), by issuing an invoice of same amount bearing number : FY2425US8454 dated 20-10-2025.
However the washing machine is not functioning properly, and makes unbearable high noise. Raising this issue at the time of payment, Mr. Shahid assured that, after Diwali festivals I will come and replace the parts making this noise without any extra cost, as you have paid fully.
However, till today from M/S. Universal Service, Mr. Shahid never shown up, for the replacement of the necessary parts, and the washing machine is making unbearable high noise and remained unusable since than.
Now my request is,
Replace all necessary spare parts without any extra cost at the earliest and make the machine in fully working condition without any noise, or
Return my money already paid i.e. Rs. 15,105/- with 12% interest and also pay the expenditure incurred by me for washing the cloths of my family at the rate of Rs. 2000 per month starting from 20-10-2025 till the repairing of the machine.
