I am Golok Behari Das son of late of Felaram Das , living in noapara mollick bagan hatiara kolkata 700157,I have purchased washing machine from Haier last year in the month of July 2025 and the machine still being on the warrenty period ,I recently requested a service from the Haier company . The service team claimed the washing Machine stopped functing due to some insect damage , but this is completely false and there was no damge done by me as well . I didn't agree with the claim and denied to give additional charges as I was having warrenty. Therefore, I demand the Haier company to properly handle the matter and provide the required service under the warrenty period without imposing additional charges.
So I request the authorities to take appropriate actions and resolve these matter at the earliest possible . As I am also willing to come to your office for any further details being required from my side.
