I was sent my car to RENAULT SERVICE CENTER (OMR - CHENNAI) DETAILS GIVEN BELOW

COMPLIANT : TYRE PRESSURE SENSOR NOT WORKING PROPERLY

This is for your information. My complaint was tyre pressure sensor was not working properly. They rectify the issue, but unfortunately, they open the right-side front door and change the automatic to manual. I found the mistake on 27.03.2025 at 9.00 pm i informed to Mr. S. Raja service manager, they said this is manual end only , the next day 28.3.2025 they send the quality control manager to my residence, and he checked the car, and he accept its automatic and they change manual to automatic. I personally visited the OMR SERVICE CENTER and met Mr. Raja. He also agreed it was a mistake at the end.
On what basis they open the right-side door and change the parts without my knowledge. No complaint was given by me, am afraid what are all the parts they changed in my car. I don't know. it is visible and found that they are changed.
My question was what all the invisible parts are they taken from the vehicle, and change the local parts
IN THIS ABOVE REASON (ALL THE ORIGINAL PARTS) I NEED 7 YEARS EXTENDED WARRANTY AS A COMPENSATION because due to their negligence
I AM VERY MUCH TRIED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE AND MAKE A COMPLAINT THEY ARE SIMPLY SAY WE ARE APOLOGY . NO IMPROVEMENT RESULT FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE
